on the occasion of its training program titled “Holistic Wellness and Health Promotion in Early Childhood: Nurturing Growth and Empowering Healthy Development in the Digital Age” being selected as one of the appropriate and qualified programs to be included in the Three-Year International Human Resource Development Plan (2026–2028) as an Annual International Training Course (AITC) by the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
