Prof. Dr. Margaret Fitch from the Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing, University of Toronto, Canada, visited the Faculty of Nursing, Prince of Songkla University from May 9 - 10, 2024. She was invited as a speaker at the conference: Academic - Practice Collaboration in Palliative Care: Think Globally and Act Locally, exchanging knowledge and experiences in palliative care between academics and practitioners. Also, she organized the special lecturer sessions for PSU staff and graduate students on Research-based Program: How to Gain Successful Supervision and How Research Makes a Difference in Practices: Canadian Experiences.
