      Nursing is considered as an art and science. Ethics, esthetics, and empirics in relation to health have been identified as essential, valued, fundamental, and core components of effective nursing practice. Nursing dynamics that can be changed or modified based on accurate evidence-based and tested moral knowledge, empirical knowledge, and personal aesthetic. In addition to knowledge; however, nurses also need to be knowledgeable, understandable, and aware of cultural and social diversity of clients under their care to provide quality of care.
      The Faculty of Nursing, Prince of Songkla University plans to conduct International Conference “Ethics, Esthetics, and Empirics in Nursing: Driving Forces for Better Health ”. The conference will provide nurses and nurse leaders at all levels with nursing approaches to manage ethics, esthetics, and empirics to ensure better health for individuals across their lifespan.

Conference Objectives

1. Raise awareness of the nursing community to recognize the importance of ethics, empirics, and esthetics in fostering better health.
2. Explore continuous improvement opportunities in nurses’ ethical, esthetical, and empirical practices to enhance health and well-being of individuals, family, and community.
3. Share best practices in moral knowledge, personal esthetic, and empirical knowledge related to the health of people from diverse cultures.
4. Provide participants with significant professional development and networking opportunities.
